Well I normally average about 4-5 so I'm not one to complain. But it was weird to get so much sleep and wake up feeling so tired.

He got almost 10 hrs but it was broken up, his body never had a chance to get into full rest/repair mode.

I fell out about 10 , my wife woke me up for a quick pony ride about 12 , and I slep like a baby till 6 when my little boy got up . Good start to the weekend . I to am against taking pills (or other substances) for anything other then fun . Its just a case of wanting to control my body and mind and not have them control me .
