He won't make it out of the primaries, which would cause him to run as an Independant. He'll go broke trying to support his own campaign (really, he won't be raising shit on fundraisers from the audience of "The Apprentice"). He has no corporate or lobby support. It would be too much to lose to come up with 2nd place at best.

Here's my take: He was never going to run in the first place. Now he has an out. He's going to say he accomplished exactly what he set out to accomplish and now he's bowing out. He got a bunch of free air time, pumping up his show.
