  • LOOKING for Rental property.. Mid-Cities\Richland Hills

Looking to finally get into another house after almost 4 years in apartments...

Both of us have excellent rental histories the past 4 years... although our credit is "the suck" due to dead careers, free-spending exs, and other life altering bullshit.

Both of us live within our means, have stable employment, and pay our fucking bills.... but with 3 kids, we would love to have a place with more room and a backyard... and to have a garage once again would be awesome...

    Does anyone have any contacts?

Keep in mind that a realtor can help you find a rental house as well. You might check with Real Estate Nate, he could probably send you a list of available rentals based on your needs / wants.

BTW, also keep in mind that it is likely going to cost much more up front for a rental house than you are used to in apartments. The deposit is often the same amount as the rent, and some will also ask for first and last month rent. So you are possibly looking at 3x the rent payment to get moved in.

        Yep,
We've got some money saved up and just about ready to get the heck out of apartment living. The kids and I need more room to play and having some idiot banging on the wall next to you at 7:30 in the morning when you don't have to work sucks ass....
