Nifty, I appreciate all the input from everyone. Never paid that much attention to the taxes in my escrow, but now I am. Things get pretty serious with a half point here, quarter point there...on top of your income tax, sales tax and all the other bullshit.

Splain to me again why we're in a deficit?
