I make a little furniture polish from time to time.

        What's your setup?

I use a keg that has been modified to to accept a 2 inch copper nipple with a single reflux to a thumper and a small coil in a 5 gallon bucket... I prefer a sweet taste (hince the corn) and like to yield around 160~ 170 proof....
              what u got?

Old setup was a turkey fryer with 1/2" line running through a thumper and out to a coil. New setup is a 10 gal SS milk can with a 2" column on it that runs out to a side mounted head that has infinitely adjustable reflux. It's about 8' tall on the burner.

Old setup we could run the batch through twice and turn 5 gal into 1 gal of 180 proof. Haven't ran the new setup yet, but were hoping for 160+ on the first go round once we get it tuned up.

Straight sugar for the most part. We used fruits when we first started.

I don't know wtf you call it, but we put 15# of sugar in 5gal of luke warm water then add whatever yeast we're running that batch with and let it sit til the bubbler gets quiet.

Then we pour it in the tank and light the fire.

We're backwoods, we don't try to get fancy with it, just want it to get us drunk.
