Old setup was a turkey fryer with 1/2" line running through a thumper and out to a coil. New setup is a 10 gal SS milk can with a 2" column on it that runs out to a side mounted head that has infinitely adjustable reflux. It's about 8' tall on the burner.
Old setup we could run the batch through twice and turn 5 gal into 1 gal of 180 proof. Haven't ran the new setup yet, but were hoping for 160+ on the first go round once we get it tuned up.G'Day Mate
