Why would there be tourists in Allen? Are there no cheesecake factories in other cities?

I call them tourists because they come from AR/LA/OK just to go to the outlet mall.

If I had to buy her a $50K car then I would call it "keeping up with the Joneses". But it is a purse, it costs a couple hundred bucks and she likes it. Big fucking deal.

Last Christmas I bought my wife one and stuffed another on inside of it and then stuffed some perfume and gift cards inside of that.

My wife suckers me into buying her one or two a year. Hell the year before last I think she got four. Everytime I have a big payday she thinks she should get a new purse. Luckily we are close to San Marcos and they have a coach outlet store there and I can normally get a good size purse and wallet out the door for under $350. I'm with Al P on it. Whats a few hundred bucks once or twice a year.

I've bought my wife probably 8-10 Coach purses over the years and haven't ever paid retail.

Go to Macy's and ask for their best deal. Then go to Nordstrom's. The best you will bet from Macy's is 20%, but all you need to do is go back to Nordstrom's a couple of times and tell them that you're getting the same purse for 30-40% off. They will do it every time.

Especially since you've bought several purses from the counter girl and she knows you, you'll get ridiculous discounts. I think the best was the time I got to name my own price and it was $134.xx or something like that.
