None of them have a backyard large enough to accommodate the size of the families?

How many white people do you know that practice Lent? Many of those "brown skinned" people haven't had any beer or red meat since Ash Wednesday (the day after Mardi Gras) and are ready to party.

Parking is usually more of a problem than room. City park = loads of free parking.

Not a chance, if we did what would all the people doing community service do...

Don't worry. They'd raid your BBQ and grab some grub too.

Like Jerry Jones said once "What do I pay my cleaning crew for" when fans were complaining about Brown folks leaving a mess after a soccer game at Cowboy Stadium.

Growing up in Corpus, I thought maybe it was just a south Texas thing, but yesterday while out and about, I noticed every park I drove by was full of hispanic families having an Easter BBQ.

                            Enlighten me
90% of the people at Trinity park yesterday were Hispanic. The park was trashed.

I grew up catholic, and with a lot of hispanic families in the church. Easter is a pretty big deal in the catholic church ( "good" friday and "ash" wednesday count, too), and family is a big deal for hispanics, also. I just know that if the weather was nice on Easter Sunday, the Austin parks were full of large hispanic families. As a kid in the church, we got invited some too, and it was always a blast. Great food and a lot of cold beer.

Ya, but that's not a funny or witty answer. It didn't even say sheekin or cerveza (1/2 credit for beer).
