Anyone using a bluetooth hands free speaker phone it their car?

I am talking about the mobile type that mount on the visor. Do they work well, which one would you recommend? This is for an elderly person, so the simpler the better. She does not want her radio swapped with a new head unit. Any input would be appreciated. I was looking at this one for now.

I would strongly suggest grandma pull over to talk on the phone if she needs to. No offense, but a lot of the elderly have a hard enough time just operating the car.

If you are intent on getting one, my dad used to run the blue ant one and was pretty happy with it.
