Scores are calculated based on each vehicle’s five-year owner cost (shown as cost per mile), road-test score, and predicted reliability rating. A car with a score of 2.0 has twice the average value; one with 0.5 has half the average value.

Same original cost. The thing is pretty much the same design for over 70 years.
I like them, but I think the wranglers are overrated, but they are still solid vehicles until you lose the straight six, then I wouldn't think about owning one.
