Yeah, you were considering .08 qualifies for a DWI, as does anything above .000 as a minor. You were .006 below the DWI limit. It stands to reason you were drunk.

I got one at 18 but got off because 1) I hadn't been drinking and 2) the arresting officer searched my vehicle on the assumption I had been drinking. Turned out that my mountain dew wasn't quite the probable cause that the officer thought it was so the charges went away.

I was 16 when my boyfriend was pulled over and they found an empty beer can in his truck. I had to do sting operations to get it dismissed....fuckers.

Unfortunately not, it was tobacco and alcohol stings. I would have less risk to my life if it's been prostitution stings. I was terrified that someone at school would learn that I busted their favorite gas station and beat me to death.
Edit: I finally told Robert, a few months ago, that I was the one who got the EZ mart shut down.

Yeah, because if you were driving, the cop could have gave you DUI at minimum. DWI if he really wanted to do it.

I don't see the dilemma here. youre going to have to pay either way.

Cheapest way is to do deferred adjudication, pay your $300-400 fee, dont get in trouble for the same offense for 3 months or whatever it is, and go on your merry fucking way.
