Anyone speak spanish? I need a phone call made.

My doberman had puppies again and I posted them online. One of the people that sent me a deposit only speaks Spanish and and their daughter is the one we've been talking to translate. We went to get the deposit from western union and they dont have any record of it. I need someone to please call them and ask them what company they sent the money to and the confirmation number.
