    Conqured The Tail of the Dragon today!!

    I tamed the Tail of the Dragon today. IN A RENTAL!!!! A very few pics as soon as I can get them up. I "may" even make front page of www.killboy.com too!! I'll post up that pic, if I make it!! What a FREAKING BLAST!!! 316 turns in 11 miles with MANY MANY switch backs! Can't get the smile off my face! Just Google Tail of the Dragon, if you don't know what I'm talking about. WHAT A RUSH!!

            It definetly looks like alot of fun. I've recently gotten into driving the twisties and the Tail drive looks like one of the best places to do it.

                    Yeah my buddy Nick tamed it in his Lightning, he bought it in Atlanta and hit the Dragon on his way back. There was a landslide and a cop was there directing traffic around it, two different dumbfucks ran into the slide while my buddy was taking pictures and another guy was video taping, seems the guy was looking at the cops and not paying attention as he drover over some sizable moutain rubble, lol!

                      I have to say it is THE most challenging drive I've EVER been on. I was following a friend in an RX8 and I have to say, the old 4 door Mercury Milan went WELL beyond all of our expectations. I did have a buddy w/ me in the car who's lived around here his entire life and has been driving the Tail since he was 16. But, the entry/exit/etc are FANTASTIC!!! Then we came back on another road. Not quite as twisty but just gorgeous! I could SOOO easily live here!!

                              That looks nice. Only twisties I've drivin around here are near Lake Travis.

                              Wow, looks like that road is a real problem for truckers.
