Hahaha...no sir, you're the one who is upset. It doesn't take me gettin mad to know you're a dip shit. First, this guy was only 25 yards away, that's not a great distance by any standard. Second...you're confirming your stupidity by admitting you do the same stupid stuff. I want to know where you live for this to happen so often. I am proud to say I do not frequenty observe morons yelling at other morons shooting dogs in the area.

      Roger= Walter

He died--he died as so many of his generation, before his time. In your wisdom you took him, Lord. As you took so many bright flowering young men, at Khe San and Lan Doc and Hill 364. These young men gave their lives. And Donny too. Donny who. . . who loved bowling.

Sir, now? What happened to immediately calling people dipshits and telling them to die? You are like a petulant unsure child with your nonsense. Yes, I am upset when I read someone effectively telling me to "go die, so I don't have to hear from you". What does the distance have to do with it?

Its stupid to try to alert someone, who is shooting an animal, not to shoot the animal and yet it is expected for that person to fire at another person when alerted? You are caught in your own loop of idiocy if you believe that. I grew up in rural areas, and am proud of that myself.

If someone was bouncing up my backyard screaming that at me while holding a golf club, he's getting shot. I'm not going to wait for him to run the 25 yards over to me and beat me with the fucking club.

I'm pretty sure some key information is still not being reported.

You're even too dumb to catch the condescending tone of my sir statement. You're too dumb to even grasp the key details of this story. Distance has a lot to do with threat. Keep bringing on these weak ass cut downs...they work for you...really.

My loop of idiocy is the logic that it's stupid to come screaming at a guy armed with a gun who just shot a pet. You do realize the way you worded your white trash animal control story isn't even close to what went down right? One, the animal was already shot, and the owner came screaming in. Two, it wasn't an alert...it was and invitation to shoot the guy. Dig yourself deeper into the stupid hole.

Sounds like you'd probably be charged with murder too. lol

The key thing here is the distance. If you let the guy charge at you with the club and then fire when he is much closer, say 10 feet, then I would have no problem saying that isn't murder because there is some intent to fuck you up on his part. But if you shoot him when he is still absolutely no physical threat at a range of 75 feet, then to me it is very much a murder situation.

Also, I don't remember hearing the eyewitness say the guy had a golf club either. He may have and I just forgot about it but it is possible he had nothing except a strong case of "Keepin it real!".

Exactly! Unless you live where jimbo does and this type of stuff is common practice.

It's a tough call, but I mostly agree it's murder until more details surface. I wonder if said golfer was pre warned and or wasted.

That doesn't change my opinion that charging the yard was stupid.

There is something inherently wrong with you if you must continue to throw your childish tantrum.
I get that its condescending, I was noting that sarcasm was a step up from your name calling responses.
Again, what does distance have to do with the threat? A .22 rifle will cover a good bit of distance. Are you saying that being with any firing range was a stupid move?
They weren't meant to be "weak ass cutdowns", only honest observations.

White trash, classy. I see your point about the dog already being shot. I suppose I am used to not being afraid of most people with firearms, even while they are using them. I guess my view of reasonable people who don't shoot one another when they argue (even while handling firearms) is outdated. I simply have a difficult time moving my mindset into the world that you are apparently comfortable in. A world where most people are unreasonable and irrational. If it is stupid to hope that isn't true, then I am guilty of being stupid.

Agreed, at 75ft there are many other options.

Except the guy has already announced intent to cause harm.

End the end, I rather it go to the jury instead of waiting the extra 5 seconds for him to close the distance since he has already threatened me. It is true that there was no mention of the club, but the shooter has no idea if he has a knife, gun, etc.

As mentioned before, I think a bunch of the details are purposely not being reported by the media.

I didn't hear the interview, did the deceased announce his intent to cause the man harm?

The amazing thing is that the shooter is out on bond. Seems like a clear cut case of murder to me, as someone with a gold club at a distance of 75 feet could not be a real threat.
