Ok, thanks man. You did a great job you did exactly what you said you would do and returned my call. Also, the officer you sent out was very professional and nice. he even turned on his lights for my son. Send me your bosses email via pm so I can thank him.

I get to work a little early and work on paperwork. I also answer the phone(s) back in the supervisor's office when I'm there. Most of the tour is spent out in the field, but when it comes to complaints, payroll, email, other miscellaneous work I'm in the office.

No thanks necessary for doing my job. Matter of fact, we had two similar incidents with officers working accidents yesterday so the shift commander and I decided to have a little roll call training on accident policies. If you put out the little fires when they pop up, you can save yourself some major issues down the road.

Did you even catch my question when we were on the phone? You were telling me what happened and I asked if the car was black. I was expecting you to ask "how did you know", but you rolled right along. I even had DFWM pulled up in a tab while we were talking.

As the borrower / test driver, they'll likely put it on your policy for repairs to the Acura and let Allstate subrogate against the AF party for reimbursement.

I don't sweat the grief thing. I figure I chose this occupation and you have to take the good with the bad.

Besides, on here, you have to consider the source most of the time.

I'm just glad we got you taken care of. You're not the first board member I've helped with an accident.

I dont have Allstate I have USAA. I already filed it with Progressive and they have taken responsibility for the accident. Kim, we worked together briefly at allstate prince agency back in the day.

I didn't work with any men over at Prince's office, unless you're the life specialist that officed there.
