Matter of fact, we had two similar incidents with officers working accidents yesterday so the shift commander and I decided to have a little roll call training on accident policies. If you put out the little fires when they pop up, you can save yourself some major issues down the road.
Did you even catch my question when we were on the phone? You were telling me what happened and I asked if the car was black. I was expecting you to ask "how did you know", but you rolled right along. I even had DFWM pulled up in a tab while we were talking.

Yes i remember but figured you were looking on the computer report it never hit me.
I know alot of people on here give you alot of grief. But, you did a great job and were very helpfully.

I don't sweat the grief thing. I figure I chose this occupation and you have to take the good with the bad.
Besides, on here, you have to consider the source most of the time.
I'm just glad we got you taken care of. You're not the first board member I've helped with an accident.

I dont have Allstate I have USAA. I already filed it with Progressive and they have taken responsibility for the accident. Kim, we worked together briefly at allstate prince agency back in the day.
