Yes, i spoke with a patrol supervisor yesterday and explained to him what had happened. HE apologized and said there should have been an accident report made. He sent a officer out to my house and made a report and recreated the accident with my pictures.

The picture does not do much justice. I was hit hard enough that both back doors wont open and the body is wrinkled in on the back doors. There would have been alot more damage if I had left my foot on the brake. I saw him coming up on me. I tried to move my car over and out of the way. But, by the time I released the brake and turned to wheels to hit the gas to try and avoid him he hit me. He pushed me up prolly 30 -40 yards up.

I have had back pain now since the accident. The doctor said I have a Bulge of lumbar disc without myelopathy and I need to see a specialist.

I dont plan to sue or hire an attorney. I just want my back taken care of and get back to work and on with life.

LOL...being an ER doctor, I see people coming in for similar complaints all the time after being in an accident and they have no real injuries. Just looking for a meal ticket.
