They do them where you get your passport at. I got mine in denton county and they did it all and did not charge me for the photo.See you later...Comment

My local tax office also does passports, to heck with the post office. Literally less than 5 minutes and I had all the paperwork stamped, photos taken and everything submitted. Mine was a renewal last time, your experience may differ.Comment
