Selling a car locally anything i need to know?

Guy won ebay auction and he is a dealer in arlington one of those pay by the month in house places.

He wants to bring a cashiers check and a bill of sale

I wrote on the ebay auction that the car has trouble idling with engine light on sold as is suggested the buyer should tow it to a mechanic shop to fix problem before driving it I was thinking of having him sign a printout of the auction as well

Any other suggestions since this is my first time selling a car locally?

Keep the license plates so he has to title the car right away and you don't get any red light or toll tickets.

Just make sure you have him sign something that he knows of the mechanical issues before he drives off, like you already have planned.
