Aaron Brothers or Michaels are quick and easy for that type of thing. They should have ready-made mats and frames in the correct size for any diploma and will be able to put it all together for you while you wait.

If it's just as simple as buying a frame to put it in, you can still go to Michaels or go to Hobby Lobby.

Years ago I used to do custom framing at Michaels. I doubt it has changed much, but back then if you haggled enough, you could get the entire order down to 60% off regardless of what sale they were running. It takes store manager approval. Do it on an off week when they are doing 50% off the frame only because sales are slower then.

Or wait until they do a 60% off sale.
