      I've had a few. I've got one now I use as a trunk gun. I won't be hurt if someone steals my car with my 150 dollar Hi-Point in it as opposed to my AR-15. Good sturdy, decently built, runs and runs and runs.

      My only gripe is the 10 round magazine capacity but that's since it was designed and sold a bunch during the "hi cap mag" ban days. Guess it's not really worth it to redesign the weapon and mags when they still sell pretty well.

      I'm not a big fan of their pistols due to size and weight of them but they also run and run and run. And if you only have 200 bones to spend on a gun I'd buy one.
