Well, I got my barrel in from McGowen today and went ahead and put it on. It is a 6BR 1:8" twist. Should be tons of fun with the 105 Bergers.

Thinking about making an offer on a gun, but it will be my first step into a high end precision rifle.
What do yall think would be good price on a set up like this used.

- Remington 700 aac-sd .308 (never changed the barrel since it shot a sub .3-.4 5 shot group right out of the box)
- Timney 510 trigger
- McMillan A5 Stock
- Surgeon DBM kit with two 5 round mags and one 10 round
- New bolt handle, knob, and fluted bolt done by straight shot gunsmithing
- Larue 20moa Base
- Surefire Socom muzzle brake
- Flatline Ops - Accu/level
- Nightforce low rings
- Nightforce 3.5-15x50 F1 scope with mlr2.0 reticle, mil/mil adjustments, zero stop, and high speed turrets.

I can't see that much unless the stock has an adjustable cheek piece plus a nice paint job. I can see close to the asking price depending on what he paid for labor at the gunsmiths but not much more than that."It's another burrito, it's a cold Lone Star in my hand!"

Damn. After seeing all of these sweet rifles it makes mine look puny. lol
Just a 7mm Rem Mag Tikka T3 Lite. Nikon Scope. Good for the white tail up here, but maybe a little too much. Soon I want to get an Elk tag and try my luck. It's really fun though blasting groundhogs from 100+ yards with this thing.
