Yes. The Marlin .45/70 is the Cowboy version (octagon barrel) with a 2-7 Leupold scope. I doubt if it has more than a half a box of shells shot through it. As far as the Big Boy, it has a scratch on the stock (easy fix) and I am not sure if it has ever been shot.
