    Not locked. It was about 1" back.
    Last time I took it out (a few weeks ago) a primer blew out and jammed up the works about 3 shots in. Not sure if it was related but a trigger pin also broke that time.
    This past weekend it happened again about 5 shots in it jammed up the same way, but with no broken parts.

    I stripped all my mags of the gunshow reloads and went to Remington and shot the rest of the day without issue, and just cycling rounds through it without shooting has never caused an issue.

                  How about 3300lbs worth of target for teaching wind deflection and ladder tests for 1000 yards.


                  Pulled my NightForce off for a bit to try a mil/mil ffp set up in a Vortex Razor HD. I think it will work very well.

                      They offer their own version of the tree type reticle. Those are way too busy for me plus I like dialing over holding. I got this one on a smoking trade but it's the model that's marked down to $1300 and I'd say it's more than worth that.

                              Apparently the 5 mil turrets are being discontinued and maybe even the reticle. If you want/need 10 mil per rev turrets then Vortex will upgrade for like 150.

                                I'll have to take a look at their other reticle. I've been eyeballing the Bushnell Elite Tactical DMRG2 for competition purposes.
