"I like to hang upside-down blindfolded, then I take my gun apart and put it back together real fast before my nose begins to bleed."
-Major Payne
LOL I really need to watch that again.
We used to take the bolt apart and throw all the peices in an ammo can in the dark then put them back together in the back of a helicopter at night. Not quite upside down, but good times non the less lol. Good 'ol ma duece. I miss my gun.
I would really appreciate it if one of you guys would help me learn the ins and outs on this gun. Field stripping/head spacing and whatnot. Of course you would be more than welcome to shoot it!

This is a copy of the field manual that the Army used for the M2. I'm sure you'll find plenty of helpful info inside to get you started.
Every time you see the fucking guy....show him your fucking dick.. Just whip out your hawg and wiggle it in his direction, put it away, call him a fuckin meatgazer, shoot him the bird and go inside.
He will spend the rest of the day wondering if he is gay.

Seeing as it has been over 10 years since I laid hands on one I will do what I can to remember. You need to get your hands on a couple headspace gauges. Make sure to check the NSN on them. Here is a DOD poster on how to time and headspace. I didn't have a shitload of hands on time with them, I am much more familiar with the M249 and the M203.

Carl can hook you up with that. I could but I am not home again until July 2nd. It would probably take me a minute or two to re familiarize myself too though.
I can show you how to time and headspace of needed. I would also check through out the day repeatedly if you do a lot of shooting with it. I remodeled the top cover of one after 10k rounds.
