        Are you talking about Washington DC? I'm confused because you mention founding fathers and then say Oregon it is, which is close to Washington state.

                            The only revolver/cartridge you can do that with, mind you. I've considered doing that, but I don't want to spend more money on threading than the price of the gun. And, if I'm not mistaken, the military issue nagant ammo was corrosive, wasn't it? Not something you'd want in your can.

                                The threaded nagant is pretty neat, I was thinking, that is the only revolver I have heard of that moves the cartridge to seal like that.
