Thank you for your email and interest in our products. You are correct that the MOE is not a “free float” handguards. So what we did was laser cut a plate to sit on the inside of the MOE to hold it in place. This said, we do not sell this part, it was more of a personal project for our shooting team. Have you seen the RRA National Match FF tube? They used it for DCM competition. I'm going to fab one that's carbine length, so that I don't have to have a FSB or a rail-a-thon 2011.

Just got these bad boys imported from Canada. Had them converted to semi auto only and had the retractable stocks pinned shut to be imported as pistols and thus not subject to 922r. Only ones in the country in Civilian hands.
