Picked up some powder, primers, projectiles and die kit for .223. Still need a Case trimmer I believe. A Tumbler, brass, media, and learn to prep .223.

I showed you mine several times, its the gauge we put the .223 cases in and checked their length.

Hey CJ, I still have that Lee single stage I need to start using. I also have everything to reload some .44 mag, although only about 50 cases. Anyway, next time you can do some single stage loading, let me know and I will bring all my stuff and gather some more knowledge from you! I think I also have some .270 stuff to bring also. I just want to get completely comfortable with it before I take off on it on my own. I am still looking for a used dillon setup as well.

Now I remember. I knew I forgot something. I forgot the name of it but knew I needed it.

On a side note. The little book I have says for a 55gr bullet they used a soft point. But I had a FMJ. How would you do that? Would you have to look up a recipe for a FMJ? Because apparently the book I have doesn't have one. Was given to me by a guy I work with.

If you got the rcbs kit it comes with a load data book does it not?

From what i've noticed the sp projectiles are set a little deeper compared to a fmj.

What powder are you using and what projectile and primer?

I haven't gotten it in the mail yet. And mine is a lee breech reloader. From what I saw at Cabelas FMJ were about $1.50 cheaper. Unless I can get them somewhere else cheaper?

Powder I got was Xterminator. Primers are CCi. Projectiles are remington.

So just go ahead and use the same thing for a 55gr FMJ as a 55gr SP? What did you say was the name of the stuff from Harbor Freight CJ? About to head up there right now on a test drive? (Media)
