I've always been interested in competition shooting, started building a gun three years ago and traded it off. Just finished this one up yesterday. Not sure I will ever actually have the spare time to start competing, but was a fun build. Was hoping to get out and shoot it this weekend, never had the time...

Started with a stock GEN3 22
Removed finger grooves and backstrap texture and stippled it
Double Diamond threaded barrel
Carver compensator
Carver magwell
Carver optic mount w/ Vortex Viper
Apex Tactical trigger kit
SJC mag release
SJC slide racker
Taran Tactical +5 mag extensions
LS titanium striker

I really cant argue that. I do own a few but I am not much of a Glock guy. They are ugly as fuck, and boring, but reliable.

The "beauty" of a Glock is being able to take it out of the box, throw some night sights on, and call it done (maybe a trigger job). It will go bang every time, hardly ever needs to be cleaned, and is about as simple as you can get.

You should absolutely come shoot it with us, there's a USPSA match just about every weekend if you're willing to drive a little. This coming Sunday is Collin County at Mission 160 assuming the weather holds out.
