I wonder if Magpul has any plans to make one.

I would still be down for a few. At least 1 for a 9mm dedicated lower.
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

Exactly. It's a plastic stock that rides back and forth on the buffer tube and block that screws into the lower receiver where the grip normally goes. Mine was a poor fit between the grib block and the stock itself. It just feels like a cheap piece of shit. It does what it's supposed to do, but if it cost more than 10$ to produce it, I would be very surprised.

Add to that the fact that the area around the trigger is left or right only, exhibits further how little they care about making it a fully developed product. Most companies would find a way to make it ambidextrous, with a movable plate. These guys? Nope. Why not just sell two versions?

They wanted to make a stock that made it easy to bump fire. They did. That was seemingly where the development stopped.

The quality of the molding seems consistent, but this thing feels like a toy.

Im sure the slidefire people have patented it already. Then magpul would have to get the BTAFE to sign off.... It would be nice since they make nice plastic parts, but I doubt they will make one.

More than likely Magpul would buy the patent. They could easily buy them out and produce a Magpul spin and sell them for $500+.

Eitherway it is a pretty cool and pretty simple enough design.

Same. I'd like one for below $300. But with my luck i'll buy it then the next day someone will come out with another one for $10. But i'll take my chances.

Saw these at the Ft. Worth gun show today. Guy was asking $369 for them.

On another note anyone have one of these yet? I sure would like to shoot an AR with one of these on it before i buy one.

holy shit!!!! Finally got a chance to run up to farm and shoot the AR-15 with the slide-fire on it..way too much fun!! Gonna have to get a full auto bolt group now and maybe build a 5.45x39 to be able to shoot cheaper......

fired the 7.62x39 AR-15 for the first time, FTE and jammed first shot and ran 25 rounds perfect after that. Didn't get to sight it in cause it was too bright out to see the laser boresighter and too bright for the night vision scope anyhow.......
