I would expect everyone to get their money in by at most a month. It's going to be hard to negotiate a purchase from a manufacturer much further in advance. I think it should be first come first serve once we hit 100 were ready. If we can work a better rate at a higher volume, we'll go for it with a timeframe.

that should be the ONLY way it worked. FFL holds the items as the recipient until a 4473 is done anyways.
