It is highly recommended that breaking powder up never be done, as it changes the burn characteristics.

polish the powder funnel in your press until it's like chrome and then wax it, you're getting powder bridging.

Most people don't know how to fix it. Yes, I've done it for IMR-4895 and it got me much results and no more bridging. This is the best and only shot to get it to meter. Some powders just won't meter, but don't give up until you've done this. I've only done it on Dillon's, but your press should be relatively the same. It will also meter all other powders more accurately. The heavy grain extruded powders usually struggle in meters.

I've been using BL-C(2) for my 69 SMK's. Works great. Hell I hope it stays that way, I just loaded about 1200 of them that way.

ended up just using one of these to measure out each load and a funnel to fill, then a single stage press to press in the bullet. slow as hell but will get the job done till i'm out of this ammo. on the bright side this should be some good ammo!
