NFA rules apply. It's select fire.

    Very tempting.

Are pistion setups reliable in short barrell?

Doesn't matter. A full auto lower kit isn't regulated. You can buy them all day long.

I don't understand, You can buy this LPK and make your AR15 full auto? As long as you have the stamp and trust?

you can't make any gun full auto unless you're an SOT. You can read about this in the "so you want a full auto" sticky thread.

If you own this kit and an ar15, you have intent to construct an illegal machine gun.

Not without the right lower (you don't have one, if you don't have a pre-86 NFA registered lower), and a different disconnector.

You can make any lower a full auto if you know how and have access to a machine shop.

It is kinda crazy/scary that anyone who wanted to, could order this $300 LPK, put it into their run-of-the-mill AR-15 and then do as they please.

Just think if the Aurora shooter had done this before walking into that theater....

It isn't that easy. A full auto selector won't fit into a semi ar15, it's a slightly larger diameter. Also, you have to drill a third pin hole for the auto sear, then you would have to mill out the shelf in your lower to clear everything. You would also need a full auto bolt.

                              That's just nonsense.

Now, A G3 full auto FCG is a completely different story. That's literally a hand file away from being a full auto select fire weapon.
