  • Reloading Q

Can a bullet be pulled from a case, and reloaded into the same case or a new one after removing the corrosive primer?

Can you take desirable old hard to obtain bullets and put them into a more modern case with new powder and new non corrosive primers?

Would any of the bullets be lost in this process due to damage caused by removal?

Hornady has a nice bullet puller that is pretty easy on bullets. I also use the "kinetic" style for pistol bullets.

I've never messed with corrosive primers.

yes on all counts. A kinetic puller will work on rifle rounds. Corrosive primers are usually berdan, you cant reload those...but the bullets are fine to reuse.
