centerfire has a few psl kits. the problem with new kits is the barrel has been cut on them. and i believe they do not have the rear trunnion. i have a rivet tool (home made from bolt cutters that works good) if you need to borrow it

I don't think i would want to take the chance of something not fitting.
it's one thing to have to install and tune the trigger on a bullpup setup, it's a whole nothing thing to build an ak pistol from parts and then make the bullpup kit fit.
also those PSL kits appeared to be rifle receivers. So you can't use those for a pistol legally, can you ?
