  • got started on my reloading bench.

This is my first ever try at building with wood. I can weld shit and almost made the frame in metal.

I will post pics as I finish. The frame will be topped with 2x6 and then 3/4 ply.

10 feet in length. 24 inch work surface.

Better start than mine, I just get old office desks we're throwing away at work and put a large piece of 1/8" plate under the press for reinforcement.

Got the actual bench done the peg board and shelves will be a while.

And my old temporary set up. Don't mind all the junk on it. Moving a lot of stuff around.

just a suggestion... u may want to run a 2x4 along that bottom shelf to keep it from sagging
and if there is a way to nail off a at least some 1/4 inch or 3/8 usb along the back to add some shear strength it will keep it from getting the wobbles...
          looks good though
did a good job of design

It does have 2 2x4's under the 2nd shelf.

You can't see them but along with the 2x4 there are 2 2x6 that cover the whole back span. Eventually it will be framed into the wall. Just have to run joist to the ceiling and drill the concrete ancors.

              Nice.

I need to stop being lazy and build mine.

I use a cheap lee classic turret. Does everything I need.

I'm about to buy the Hornady or rcbs automatic powder dump soon. The lee disc style system really has its limits.
