Dear Glock guys: Grip safeties aren't stupid

I know I dont holster with a full grip on the handle. I always place my thumb behind the slide, and push the gun into the holster. I do this to prevent the slide from potentially pushing back if the holster is tight and taking the gun out of battery. My XD actually had this problem where you could sometimes push the slide back a little and it would stay. Although, I would imagine unholstering would pull the slide right again.
