Never owned a glock. I've got a Springfield Arms xd40sc. Love it. I agree with everyone else, it is user error/neglect in this case, however, a grip safety could have prevented it. I'm referring to the grip safety like on my XD.Originally posted by LeahComment

It's all speculation whether enough pressure was exerted on the trigger by the holster when the guy made this motion to make a DAO go off, but I don't think it would make a difference in this case. In the post I was addressing, he mentioned DAO Beretta, so assuming he's a talking about a PX4 that would be a 9 lb pull vs. 5 lb if the Glock had the standard connector and spring.
