    Thinking about a 10/22

    Building the AR has given me the itch for a few more rifles. Thinking a .22 of some sort would be perfect for plinking. What do you have?

              10/22 is my favorite gun. Honestly, if I had to grab one gun when the time comes to GTFO I would seriously consider the little ruger.

                  I'm wanting a 10/22 as well. My first rifle was a Savage 22 that I bought at a pawn shop in El Paso for 60 bucks. I gave it to a friend when I had to PCS to Turkey. I miss that little plinker.

                    I've dumped probably 600-800 on my 10/22 and I love the damn thing. Forget an AR variant, tons of size and weight that is useless.

                      First gun I bought when i turned 18 was a ruger 10/22. I have not spent any money upgrading it but it still shoots straight and it is just fun as hell to shoot.

                          I will be building a .22lr upper or getting the drop in conversion for one of my ARs to use as a trainer. Ammo is getting expensive and I would like to take a CQB course; .22lr will work just fine for the fundementals.

                          For the record my beard is down to my neck now.
