Looking to build out a few lower receivers and would be interested in stock triggers and hammers that may be layingvthere from an upgrade.

Pretty sure I've got a stock trigger kit laying around, as well as basic grip, and a railed handguard I didn't really like that I won't be using again.

I picked up this SWAT firearms billet upper and lower several years ago for $100. Should I be concerned about this wear inside of the upper?

I was planning to build this one out, maybe cerakote it.

Concerned about those marks? I mean, I would not be... but you have not mentioned your goals other than surplus stuff which to me says budget build. I do not think that will affect the performance or reliability, send it.

I'm cheap, all of my stuff are budget builds. Lol. As long as it sends rounds safely down range on target, I'm good.

That upper is trashed and SUPER dangerous. Obviously it's mated to the lower so that makes them both utterly unuseable. I'll take em and recycle them into paper weights for you. When do you want me to swing by?

Seriously though, it seems like the BCG MAY have been off, just a bit. Or, the components of the BCG are off. Or, the cerekote may have been just a bit too thick. Hard to tell but if there isn't any aluminum scoring, I'd shoot it. IF anything, I'd lap the inside of the upper, and pull the trigger. If you're concerned, dye-chem it, run the BCG a few times, and check for wear/clearance. Just my 2¢.
