I'm saddened to find out that Robar is closing it's doors and will no longer be doing any gunsmithing or coatings. I've known about them for a few years but never bothered to send them anything to work on until late last year when I sent them my Glock 17. Not cheap but quality work and their NP3 coating is something to behold.
I was planning on sending them a couple of AR15 BCG's, my Glock 21, probably my 1911 when the cerakote eventually wore off, but I kept putting it off. Now I won't have the chance.
