    All he needs to do now is figure out how to reliably produce the energy it'll need for those science fiction actuators it's supposed to use.

    The Army is about to update the SAW but this isn't going to work for that. They are almost done replacing Vietnam era M-16s with M4s and are even in the process of upgrading those to the M4A1 spec.

    I think we'll be using cybernetic enhanced bald eagles in combat before we see the M4 replaced,
