  • SAA revolver found its way to my collection!

Its no Colt or Ruger, but i wasnt looking for a safe queen. I wanna shoot it! Its a Heritage Rough Rider 5 1/2 inch barrel blued. I got her in .357/.38 so i could afford to shoot it. Good fit n finish. Anyone own a SAA that had the solid grips?? E.I. No middle screw, you have to remove the back strap to take off the grip. Looking for nice darker wood grips that might be a bit bigger in girth.

Nice! My F-N-L has Cimmeron (sp?) in .45. He is friends with some folks who participate in Cowboy shooting events. He has a leather business and makes gunbelts and holsters for those, if you ever want an "old west" looking belt and holster for it.

I'll hollar at him this weekend and find out. You want the gun belt with bullet loops on the back too? If so you want 2 1/2" or 3 " wide belt? You want any tooling to go on it? He can do florals, basket weaves, barbed wire borders, whatever you want. Also what color? Just a natural oiled, black?

I would just need a holster for now. So one that will work with a normal belt. No tooling please. Id love dark brown oiled leather!

            Thanks formula
