                            They can as long as you’re not tearing up the streets. Half track tracks are almost all rubber.

                                We had a guy in RO with FU money and had all sorts of fucked up toys with machine guns on top. Guy was great, we just waved when he drove by, or he would stop and visit. Has some museum piece MG's he would take out every now and then and shoot.
