That holster looks ugly ass fuck...Id prefer carry my S&W 442 in my pocket with no holster...

Because this holster does not place the gun in a container, the ATF ruled this holster is exempt from the this law and is available to consumers without any additional registration, tax stamps, etc.

I picked up a taurus TCP a couple weeks ago, roughly the same size as the ruger LCR but a bit cheaper, comes with two mags standard, and does lock the slide back when empty.
