Ar upper question

Does anyone beside sabre make a 1: 7 16" upper with a mid length gas system?

Are there any hoops I have to jump through to get into a 14.5 barrel with a compensator of my choice permanently attached?

CMMG has a few other options - not 100% sure what you're looking for though. A lot of their stuff is 1:9 though.
