  • Easy way to clean rimfire suppressor baffles?

What is the "omg wtf didnt i think of this sooner!" method of cleaning the baffles of a rimfire suppressor? Got 600-800 rounds through mine and took it apart to clean it and cant really get it as clean as id like. The baffles are Ti. Lots of back and forth on the web but nothing decisive. There has to be some thing other than either dental picks or buying a wet tumbler.

The dip! It's a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and hydrogen peroxide. Be carefull with it because it creates highly toxic lead acetate. It will eat everything but stainless steel and titanium.

Yeah i posted a complete how-to on the board.

Extreme stress test on Silencerco Sparrow I decided I would do an extreme stress test on a sparrow from the round count perspective. Also, I get asked frequently why to avoid aluminum baffles. Most cans must be cleaned after 500 rounds due to their design. The easiest way to describe the reason for this is to imagine a

Do you need to do anything to neutralize the acid once you pull the baffles out of the dip before handling them or just a good rinse with water?
