Listen up fellas, here's your official info thread. Please read closely.
Understand these are the rules of the range and not my rules. We're out to have fun but safety is our top priority.
WHEN: August 13th @ 8AM
WHERE: Outback Precision Rifle Club
14301 Cleburne Hwy Cresson ,TX 76035
COST: $40 per person
IMPORTANT INFO:
- Safety is the top priority. You're all adults, don't do stupid shit that will get you asked to leave.
- This is a working ranch and there is wildlife on the ranch including cattle.
- NO SHOOTING OF WILDLIFE WILL BE ALLOWED. If you see wildlife down range, wait till it moves on to shoot. This shouldn't be an issue but in case it happens.
- SPEED LIMIT ON THE PROPERTY IS 15MPH. NO EXCEPTIONS!!! The owners are VERY serious about this and have no tolerance. If you're caught driving faster than 15mph, you'll be asked to leave.
- At this time NO .50 BMG is allowed. I was informed of this today (7/29)
Tracers/incendiary is not allowed.
- NO EXPLOSIVES ALLOWED
- Trash needs to be picked up before we leave.
Additional info:
- Rifles need to have 1MOA accuracy for shooting long ranges.
- Rifles need to be zero'd before @ 100yds before shooting long range.
- You'll need a way to get your DOPE for the long range shooting. I can recommend some free ballistics programs to help with this.
- I'll have my magnetospeed available for speed if needed.
- FMJ Ammo is allowed.
- Full auto is allowed
Now the fun stuff:
- (2) 270 degree pistol & carbine bays available.
- 8 PRS style rifle stages with barricades available.
