Can you post where to get that flash hider and where to have it pinned if it is indeed illegal so the ATF doesn't have to come out and shoot his dog?

I found a muzzle that goes on the end, it screws on counterclockwise. It looks like it was once welded on but the weld was broke. Anyway, does this help make it legal?

Well, anyone who can weld can throw a tack on it. Sometimes people won't work on guns out of fear, though.

You can also silver solder or drill/pin it. All are acceptable methods by the ATF.
