Anybody know anything about the USAS 12 semi auto shotgun. It was classified as a destructive device in the Clinton ban. I read there was a grace period for registration until 2001, after that point they would not accept new registrations. I have a lead on one and was wondering if that has changed now, can this now be registered like any other DD?

You could probably get away with a form 1. However if the atf sees a match derailed barrel from factory it could throw up a flag.
